All orders at IEUM are processed on a pre-order basis.

Once your order is confirmed, each item is individually ordered and carefully prepared. Every piece undergoes a quality inspection at our Korea office before being shipped to Singapore and delivered to your address.

Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched for local delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. This process allows us to carefully inspect and prepare each piece before it reaches you, ensuring that every IEUM order meets our quality standards.
