At IEUM, we carefully curate timeless bags crafted from quality materials, with a focus on genuine leather, thoughtful design, and lasting style. Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original components and accessories, including dust bags, straps, pouches, keyrings, or other items provided with the product.
- Include proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back before your return request has been approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Where applicable, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
Natural Leather Characteristics
Many IEUM bags are crafted from genuine natural leather, including cowhide, calf leather, lambskin, and suede.
As leather is a natural material, variations in grain, wrinkles, texture, colour, small marks, spots, or other natural characteristics may occur between individual pieces.
For suede products, slight variations in the direction of the nap, texture, and colour may also occur.
These are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
Please note that natural leather may gradually develop changes in texture, colour, and patina with use. These changes are part of the natural ageing process of genuine leather.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos showing the issue.
We'll review the item and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd prefer a different colour or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
